You may place your order with ONE PRIME SOURCE via phone, fax or eMAIL. When ordering please include PRODUCT NUMBERS, ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, QUANTITY AND ANY OTHER DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION AVAILABLE.

Phone Orders
Our customer service department is available by phone between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm; Monday through Friday; Pacific Standard Time. Orders may be left on voice mail outside of business hours.

Fax & eMail Orders
Just visit our ORDER page and complete the purchase order. You can either eMAIL the form to us or print it out and fax it to us.

Having trouble finding a special product? Need larger quantities, different sizes or personalization of a product? Visit our QUOTE page to request a personalized quote. If you prefer you can call or eMAIL us with your special needs and we will get right back to you. If we don't have what you need we will direct you to a source.

Terms & Conditions
Terms are net 30 days for ONE PRIME SOURCE open accounts. If you don't have an account, please visit our OPEN AN ACCOUNT page to set up your new account. In the case of a return item, we require prior authorization from ONE PRIME SOURCE. This helps us to assure proper credit to your account. NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS.
